With the economy the way it is and autos not selling to well...

You need to advertise!

Although, the higher end autos seem to be holding their own.

shooting sheet metal is not an easy task, especially with all the reflections and colors. I have been shooting autos for 25 years and you do learn a few tricks and what not to do. Using the RED camera and shooting in RAW does help on-location. Some things can be better taken care of in post. I do try not to make everything in post as much as possible, but when needed the RAW images are great!

The agency wanted something with people and autos that was interesting. So we used a crane and always had the camera moving in and around our talent and the product.

As much as a film person as I am, shooting with the RED camera was a lot quicker. No mag changes was the main thing. We still have plenty of lens changes. I like primes and they have a much better look to me.

we did not shoot the extreme high end vehicles but they were there

Its was a great shoot and I am sure the client and agency will be pleased.
