For years we did double system sound and today is no different!

Although I must say, we did double system sound and slaved it to the camera as a reference track and I was impressed with the new build. Hopefull the sound board was better and was not the sound person, but the earlier recordings, on the earlier builds were not that great in MHO. Again it could have been something else? So, I still use double system as a backup for now.

On this last batch of sound up spots in post, I used the reference track on the RED camera and was surprised how good it sounded. As a matter of fact I could not tell any difference from the portable sound machine and the RED. Now I am not a professional sound person, but I have listen to may recordings for many years and it was great!
