30 years experience on location and in the studio
Started as a still photographer fresh out of The Art Institute of Ft. Lauderdale in 1977. He changed his career goals to cinematography and started working for a TV station shooting 16mm film and eventually to video and HD. At the same time he kept up with his still photography shooting advertising and commercial photography for local advertising agencies. As the 80's came into view he set his sights on directing and being a director of photography in motion and stills. Today, Kevin is a director and a director of photography. Directing and shooting TV commercials, Print photography, and working in fine arts.
Style and Technique
His style depends on the latest techniques and imagination of the creatives at the ad agencies. Although he does not always stay with the trends but creates his own style and techniques depending on the creative. As for specialty, He works in many. Autos, racing, people, models, food, beverages, products, concerts, and fine arts. Most of his work is in commercial and advertising, while telling a story is one of his favorites, most likely coming from the cinematography side of tv commercials and programming.
