Time Marches On!
Happy New Year to all of our loyal readers, and may we thank you for the feedback and interest that you all have shown.

Here in Florida we all enjoyed the break in activity that the holiday season often brings. Such a break allows for some introspection (as well as overeating and the imbibing of numerous adult beverages).
It seems as though the "oughts" ... ('00 through '09), originally would constitute the decade of Hi-Def, specifically 1080. However, as the decade quickly aged (much like myself) we all noted the introduction of the next era... THE RED.

It seems as though what used to be shot in 16mm was shot instead in 1080 during the early "oughts". Then later in the decade, 16mm, Hi-Def, and even 35mm started to get pushed aside in favour of the newly introduced 2K and 4K RED image.

We finished our last few shoots in '09 using the build 19 but are now loaded with the new build 21 which we are anxious to utilize on our next shoot in this new decade.

We will certainly keep our loyal readers informed as to our experiences with the new build.
